Animal rescue group captures wild turkey in SJ

SAN JOSE, Calif.

Video from Wildlife Emergency Services shows the turkeys that have been named Jake and Jenny. They were first spotted near First Street and I-880 around the holidays.

The group was able to capture Jake on Friday. They say he developed a habit of chasing cars. Neighbors say he caused two traffic accidents.

Jake will likely be re-released somewhere far from people.

Jenny was able to elude rescuers. They will return to the area this week to try to catch her.
