Video shows what happened inside the West America Bank on Mitchell Boulevard, Friday afternoon.
The man demanded cash from one teller. After she complied with his demands, he then headed to another window and robbed a second teller.
Witnesses say the man appears to stand between 5'7" and 5'9" and is in his late 20's or early 30's.
San Rafael police want anyone who recognizes him to call them immediately.
