Survey: 4 in 10 workers have dated a co-worker

Thirty-nine percent of workers say they've dated a co-worker at least once over the course of their career, according to an office romance survey of more than 4,000 workers nationwide.

Sixteen percent of those surveyed reported going out with their boss, and 30 percent of those who have dated a co-worker said their office romance led them to the altar.

The survey was conducted by Harris Interactive for employment website CareerBuilder's annual Valentine's Day survey.
