Nudists have resubmitted a complaint to a federal judge in an attempt to overturn San Francisco's nudity ban.

In the complaint the activists say the law is unconstitutional and that they are being unfairly targeted by the SFPD. They cite recent arrests of protestors last month, but say no one was arrested during the naked bike ride on March 9.

Protesters say they are also filing a complaint against the SFPD.
