The latest assault took place along Bartlett Street, between 22nd and 23rd streets, on February 2 around 1 a.m. The victim said a man punched her several times.
A similar assault happened January 6 when a man tackled a woman and held her down on the sidewalk at 23rd and Church streets. The victim screamed for help and he ran away.
