A police officer in a Boston suburb is being heralded for his random act of kindness during last Friday's lockdown in the region.

A photo of Brookline Ofc. John Bradley delivering two gallons of milk to a family with young children has gone on social media sites. Bradley was asked by the children's grandmother if he could help them by getting some milk during the height of Friday's search for the Boston bombing suspect.

Not only did Bradley get the milk, he paid for it, and refused to accept the family's money.
