The driver and a janitor were injured in the accident. There are minor injuries to the janitor who sustained cuts from the glass and the driver is stable.
A sheriff's deputy was at the hospital and heard the crash. The deputy was able to detain the driver quickly.
The hospital will have another entrance set up and will personally escort surgery patients to their destination.
The CHP will investigate the crash.
