A black bear that's been seen hanging around Moorestown, New Jersey since Memorial Day was finally caught by authorities Thursday morning.

Crews darted the bear while he was up on a tree in a condo complex.

Still, he kept police and onlookers at bay for nearly four hours before he finally fell to the ground.

But don't worry, he's okay. He landed in a safety net.

The 350 pound animal, believed to be about 3-years-old, will be released back into the wild.

He's had quite an adventure. On Tuesday he was spotted taking a dip in a local lake.
