Mills High School students re-take AP exam

MILLBRAE, Calif.

This comes after a court cancelled a hearing in Redwood City on Thursday over a lawsuit filed by parents and the school district.

They wanted a local judge to force the College Board to re-instate the original scores.

In May, the College Board threw out those scores because of what officials called "seating irregularities." The students were facing each other, around circular tables.

The College Board wants the case moved to a federal court.
