San Mateo School District drops test scores suit

MILLBRAE, Calif.

The district has dropped its lawsuit against the College Board, which oversees the AP tests. The board threw out the results of 224 Mills High School students after discovering they were sitting too close together during testing back in May.

The district says it's decision to no longer seek legal action -- allows individual parents to pursue their own lawsuit to get their son or daughter's AP test scores reinstated.
