Highway 280 off-ramp in San Jose reopens after brush fire

SAN JOSE, Calif.

The fire was reported shortly before 1:45 p.m. near Parkmoor Avenue and prompted the closure of the Bascom Avenue off-ramp, according to the CHP.

The ramp reopened shortly after 3 p.m.
