One Goh, 44, was last evaluated in June.
At that time, the judge said he was not competent and was committed to a Napa State Hospital in January.
Goh, a Korean national who lived in Oakland, is accused of murdering seven people in a shooting rampage at Oakland's Oikos University in April 2012.
