When Rachel opened the package, she found a stuffed cow and a picture of Bill Gates holding a similar stuffed cow.
There was also a note explaining that a donation of a real cow had been made, in her honor, to a family in need through a charitable group.
She also got a travel book.
Rachel sent Gates a thank you note saying she was very grateful.
