New numbers released Thursday morning by the sheriff's department show 316 people were arrested during the enforcement period that started on December 13.
That's up from 299 arrests from the same time period last year.
San Mateo County also released new numbers Thursday morning, with 127 people arrested since December 13. That's down 10 arrests compared to last year.
