The house on Embarcadero Road is extremely unstable, and has to be aired out before crews can enter and inspect the property.
It was around 7:15 p.m. Friday when firefighters arrived to find the house fully involved.
The two victims found inside have not been identified.
Fire officials say they believe the blaze started in the kitchen.
