Actress Carrie Fisher is confirming that the rumors are true -- she'll be returning in her role as "Princess Leia" in the new Star Wars movie.

Fisher says she and original co-stars Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford will begin shooting "Episode Seven" with director JJ Abrams in March or April.

Recent reports have suggested the screenplay will center on their characters.

Fisher told TV Guide she'd like to wear her old cinnamon bun hairstyle again, but with white hair.

Episode Seven is due out in time for Christmas 2015.
