Joseph Martin is accused of 125 felony molestation charges involving 13 former students at Woodside Elementary School in Concord.
Tuesday, nine of his alleged victims filed two lawsuits, one against Martin and the other against the Mount Diablo School District and a dozen current and former employees. The second lawsuit claims district officials and administrators failed to report earlier warnings of abuse by Martin to the authorities as required by law.
His case is due to go to trial next month.
