Fire crews were able to knock down a one-alarm blaze at a home in San Leandro this morning, an Alameda County fire spokeswoman said.

Crews responded to a report of a fire at a home at Doolittle and Fairway drives at about 4:25 a.m., fire spokeswoman Aisha Knowles said.

When crews arrived, the fire was fully involved on the first and second floors of the building, Knowles said.

All the residents at the home were out by the time crews arrived.
