Former San Jose Giants player Oliver Odle is among the claimants. Other players filing suit are, Aaron Senne and Michael Liberto of the Florida Marlins.
The players say teams often paid less than $7,500 per year.
Neither the Giants nor Major League Baseball responded to ABC7 News' requests for comment. But, MLB could argue that minor league players voluntarily agree to the terms of their employment by signing a contract.
