Rally held in SF to mark 3rd anniversary of Japan quake, tsunami

The march began at 11 a.m. and will be followed by a rally at noon located at Bridge Plaza in San Francisco.

Radiation escaped from the Fukushima nuclear plant after it was severely damaged in the 2011 earthquake that rocked northern Japan.
