A West Contra Costa School Board member claims Ron Guinto forged his principal's signature, on this form, for a spring break trip to Yosemite.
Guinto faces 28 felony charges. He'd been fired from another teaching job last fall, amid accusations of molesting boys.
He then landed a job at Mira Vista Elementary in Richmond, without undergoing a background check. The school board will review its background check policy on Wednesday.
