Saturday's ceremony will include a marching band, salute and moment of silence. Family members of the honored men will also receive a balloon to be released after biographies are read.
Senator Barbara Boxer and Mayor Chuck Reed are expected to attend.
It all gets underway at 10 a.m. at the Viet Museum on Senter Road in San Jose.
