A Bay Area dad is taking lunch time to a whole new level.

Beau Coffron spends Sundays making lunches for his three kids, but you won't see any plain peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, these bento boxes are works of art.

Coffron says he gets his ideas from his kids, like a Doctor Seuss-themed lunch.

He says the edible creations are a great way to show his kids he misses them while they are at school.

He posts pictures of the lunches on his website, LunchBoxDad.com, where he hopes to inspire other parents.
