Better Business Bureau gives Uber a failing grade

The Better Business Bureau is giving an "F" rating to San Francisco-based Uber.

That's the lowest possible rating by the organization.

The grade is based on more than 90-complaints customers have filed with the Better Business Bureau in the past three years.

Most of the complaints focus on the company's surge pricing.

That's when Uber temporarily raises prices based on the demand for drivers.
