North Bay shoppers wait in Thanksgiving rain for Black Friday deals

NOVATO, Calif. (KGO) -- Shoppers in the North Bay lined up on Thanksgiving afternoon at the Target in Novato and the Best Buy in San Rafael, which both opened at 5:00 p.m.

The lines were not as long as in years past.

The rain may have played a part in the slow start to the holiday shopping season.
