SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Lowe's plans to close dozens of under-performing stores, including two in the Bay Area.

The stores on Dubuque Avenue in South San Francisco and Newhall Drive in San Jose will close by February.
Lowe's says it's closing 20 locations in the U.S., and 31 stores internationally.
