Your credit score may get a little better this weekend as the second step in a multi-step process to clean up credit reports and scoring goes into effect.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Your credit score may get a little better this weekend as the second step in a multi-step process to clean up credit reports and scoring goes into effect.

A while back, traffic tickets and fines were removed from credit scores because consumers never agreed to pay them. Now, many court judgments and tax liens are being removed too because court documents are often incomplete.
