MARIN COUNTY, Calif. -- The Marin County Sheriff's Office says a teenage girl has been found safe after she was reported missing overnight.
"Emma has been located safe by @MarinSAR and Deputies," the department tweeted an update Tuesday shortly after 9:30 a.m.
17-year-old Emma Hock had seen around 1:30 a.m. in the area of Woodside and Pinehill in Tam Valley, according to the sheriff's office.
"Emma is possibly in an altered state of consciousness and not dressed for the weather," the sheriff's office said.
Deputies launched a search and located Hock Tuesday morning.
