A vice presidential choice could come as early as Friday.

Clinton's campaign is working hard to keep her VP choice a secret -- she doesn't want a leak.

"The crime and violence that today afflicts our nation will soon come to an end." "This is the legacy of Hillary Clinton - death, destruction, terrorism and weakness. Let's defeat her in November," Trump said.

Notice Trump didn't say "Crooked Hillary," and waved off the most popular chant of this convention: "Lock her up."

As for the presumptive Democratic nominee, there are two men sources say are most likely to get the VP phone call on Friday - Virginia Senator Tim Kaine or Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack.

The likely candidate is Kaine who, not coincidentally, comes from an important swing state.
