CHP holds 'Every 15 Minutes' event at Woodside High School

WOODSIDE, Calif. (KGO) -- The California Highway Patrol demonstrated what alcohol and drugs can do to a person's life in a mock funeral at Woodside High School on Thursday.

The "Every 15 Minutes" program refers to the statistic that every 15 minutes, someone is killed by a driver who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
