Fairfield police find missing 84-year-old man

FAIRFIELD, Calif. -- A man who went missing from an assisted living facility in Fairfield on Monday was found safe this morning, a police dispatcher said.
Frank Delgado, 84, had last been seen at 10 a.m. Monday when he left the Brookdale Fairfield home at 3350 Cherry Hills Court, police said.
