The world is on Royal Baby Watch. Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, is six days past her due date, so Royal Watchers everywhere are waiting to see when she and William will head to St. Mary's Hospital in London for the arrival of their second child.

While Kate hasn't been seen much during the final weeks of her pregnancy, she has made plenty of appearances over the past nine months. Check out the gallery above to see her growing baby bump.
