All lanes on Interstate 580 reopen after brush fire in Richmond

RICHMOND, Calif. -- All lanes on Interstate 580 in Richmond have reopened after it was shut down in both directions due to a brush fire.
Fire crews were able to put out the blaze.
Richmond police reported a brush fire by Central Ave., closing down both directions on Interstate 580 Friday afternoon.
The cause is still under investigation.
