SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Residents living along 17th and Folsom Streets in San Francisco are pumping out the storm water that flooded their garages. They are also putting out more sandbags to prevent further flooding.

Supervisor David Campos said the city has been taking proactive steps ahead of the storm to prevent flooding. Campos also says this area is one of the lowest points in the city, so it floods often in the rain.
