Texas political ad takes humorous approach

TEXAS (KGO) -- A hilarious political ad out of Texas is trending online.

It shows a wife pleading for her husband's re-election so he'll get out of the house and stop going on and on about county issues.

The Candidate is Texas Republican Gerald Daugherty.

His wife Charlyn jokes about how he has no hobbies and looks straight into the camera and pleads, "Please re-elect Gerald, please."
