OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- The Golden State Warriors got a wakeup call from the Grizzlies on Tuesday night in Game 2 of the NBA's Western Conference semifinal series. With a 97-90 loss, the Dubs quickly learned that Memphis will not go away as easily as the New Orleans Pelicans did in round one of the playoffs.

It was an old fashion beat down at Oakland's Oracle Arena in perhaps the Dubs' worst game of the season.

Check out these stats -- fewest points at home this season at 90 and 20 turnovers that led to 22 points for Memphis. And the streak of 44 consecutive games won by the Warriors when holding teams to under 100 point is over.

"If you don't shoot well and have 16 assists to 20 turnovers, that's not going to get it done whether you're playing at home or on the road," said NBA MVP Steph Curry. "But I think we'll be able to bounce back like we have all season and expect to win Game 3 because that's our confidence level."

Mike Conley helped give Memphis a big boost. He made his first four shots despite playing with a protective mask following surgery for broken bones in his face. He started after missing the Grizzlies' previous three playoff games, including Sunday's series-opening loss in Oakland.

Game 3 isn't until Saturday in Memphis. The series is now tied 1-1.
