7 On Your Side helps South Bay woman tackle rat problem

SUNNYVALE, Calif. (KGO) -- One thing no one likes in their house is rats. A South Bay woman says her neighborhood is full of them. She tried everything to stop the critters from coming inside, then she came to 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney.

One viewer tried rat poison, rat traps, even cutting down bushes where they nest. Finally a she brought in a pest control company. And we were there to see the results. Watch the video above for Michael Finney's full report.
