What's the best price? Free, of course! With the weekend right around the corner, we have three free activities for you to enjoy. We've partnered with the team at Hoodline to bring you what's new and happening right now in San Francisco.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- We've partnered with the team at Hoodline - the hyperlocal neighborhood website - to bring you what's new and happening this weekend in San Francisco.

Who doesn't love mac and cheese? Get ready for the Great Mac and Cheese Melt-Off.

You'll find mac and cheese grilled cheese sandwiches, vegetarian options or dishes loaded with bacon.

The foodie event is hosted by Spark Social SF.

Who will be the cheesiest? You'll be able to cast your vote. The best part is $20 gets you a taste pass. You can try four different culinary masterpieces or opt for a $5 ticket for entry and a free drink.

It will be held at the outdoor venue at 601 Mission Bay Boulevard North from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday.

If culinary art isn't your thing, then how about something more traditional?

Art Night SF returns for a brand new season. Organizers added a cash prize karaoke contest. Open to young, old, talented and the tone deaf.

The art show will be held at the UN Plaza from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday night.

And Harry Potter fans can catch a game of major league Quidditch. The field sport is inspired by the book series. There's no flying brooms, just maybe some flying smack talk.

Support the San Francisco Argonauts, playing Los Angeles at home at the Beach Chalet soccer fields.

The free game starts at 2 p.m. on Saturday and is open to all ages.
