Indiana teen takes great-grandmother to prom
When a high school junior told his 93-year-old great-grandmother that he wasn't going to prom because he didn't have a date, she told him she had a dress and could go with him.

CROTHERSVILLE, IN -- A high school junior in Indiana took his 93-year-old great-grandmother to prom.

Drew Holm decided he wasn't going to prom because he didn't have a date. But his great grandmother, Katie Keith, told him she had a dress and she could go with him.

Her great-grandson agreed and asked her out.

"He said, 'will you go to prom with me?' I said, 'Well Drew, my goodness,'" said Keith.

The teen added, "She was like, 'Go find someone prettier. I don't want to go to the prom with you. Surely you can find a real cute girl to go with you.' I was like, 'Nah, I can't do that, you're the prettiest woman.'"

The two ended up dancing the night away.

Holm said he would ask his great-grandma to his senior prom next year, but the 93-year-old says one prom is enough for her.
