Investigation underway after woman found dead inside Menlo Park home

MENLO PARK, Calif. (KGO) -- Police are investigating a possible homicide in Menlo Park at a home on Valparaiso Avenue.

Police received a 911 call and came out to the home around 5:30 Wednesday evening. Inside they found a dead woman.

A suspect has been taken into custody.

The last homicide in Menlo Park was in 2012.
