PLEASANTON, Calif. (KGO) -- There's going to be a very special breakfast with Santa tomorrow, but it's not Santa who is making it so very special. Kayla Andrade is just 14-years-old, and has been battling rare immune and tissue diseases all her life.
ABC7 News was at the Pleasant View Church of Christ in Pleasanton today, where Kayla and her family and friends were getting ready for a pancake breakfast with Santa. It's a fundraiser as Kayla leaves in a week for treatment at the Mayo Clinic.

"We are doing a pancake breakfast with Santa, we are opening it up to the community to come on in and enjoy pancakes with Santa, and do crafts and come and meet Kayla and our family," said Dee Dee Andrade.
Pancakes with Kayla and Santa will be just $10 Saturday at 7 a.m. at the Pleasant View Church of Christ in Pleasanton.
