Know & Tell: Pregnant woman helps injured cyclist

A Florida cyclist says he owes his life to a mom-to-be who jumped in to help him after he was hit by a car and thrown from his bike. A few drivers stopped, but only to take pictures. Not Javel Kenty. The Army reservist, who was six months pregnant at the time, didn't even hesitate.
