VIDEO: Monk seal spotted wielding steak knife at beach

SAN FRANCISO (KGO) -- Video shared by the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources shows a monk seal wielding a steak knife at a beach.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium shared this video showing the outrageously content-looking animal snoring happily as it takes a nap.

Officials say the seal played with the knife for a while before they were able to take it away.

No injuries were reported.
