McDonald's launches all-day breakfast service

Missing breakfast this morning? Starting today you can get an Egg McMuffin for lunch or dinner at McDonald's.

The fast food giant is launching all-day breakfast menu at all of its U.S. locations. The move is part of an effort to bring in new customers and fight slumping sales. Hotcakes and Sausage, Egg McMuffins and Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuits are just some of the items that will be available all day at McDonald's.

The chain began testing the extended breakfast menu in March, but had to install new griddles at 14,000 locations so employees could cook breakfast alongside lunch and dinner items simultaneously.
