"No Bra Day" is being held today in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

National No Bra Day started back in 2011 and has become an annual social media campaign.

People are encouraged to ditch their lingerie to raise awareness about the disease, raise money for research and to support survivors.

The American Cancer Society estimates by the end of the year more than 231,000 women and men will be diagnosed with breast cancer.
