SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Two Bay Area Kaiser facilities will be impacted Monday as mental health workers plan to strike.

Workers throughout Northern California say hospitals are under-staffed, which results in patients having long waits to get appointments. There are 1,400 Kaiser clinicians who will strike Monday -- including the San Jose and San Francisco medical centers. All Kaiser facilities will remain open during the strike and will offer the same services as normal.
