Crowdfunding goal reached for dog hurt in fall from Brentwood overpass

MARTINEZ, Calif. (KGO) -- There's good news for the dog that broke two legs when she either fell or was tossed off an overpass in Contra Costa County.

A GoFundMe page has raised more than $12,000, which is enough to cover the cost of surgeries for Bella.

The family plans to start scheduling those surgeries next week.

The 3-year-old sheltie mix was injured after she escaped from a Brentwood kennel on Christmas Eve.
