A frightening report was released by the World Health Organization. It says 41 million kids under age 5 are now obese or overweight worldwide.

The report says behavioral and biological factors contribute to being overweight but focused on food and drink.

For instance, it calls for taxes on sugar-sweetened drinks and urges schools to adopt policies to promote good diet and physical activities.
