Truck overturns, spills gravel on several cars in San Francisco's Richmond District

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A truck carrying gravel overturned this afternoon in San Francisco's Richmond District, causing the gravel to spill onto other vehicles, fire officials said.

At 1:33 p.m., fire crews responded to a report of a gravel truck that overturned and lost its load near 45th Avenue and Balboa Street, according to a fire dispatcher.

Gravel was poured onto at least three nearby vehicles, the fire dispatcher said.

No injuries were reported during the incident.
