BART resumes service through Oakland after earlier delays

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- BART has resume service through downtown Oakland after a report that a person was walking on the tracks.

BART first reported that the train hit the person. However, BART now says no one was hit by the train.

The person on the tracks was apprehended and is police custody.

Full service has resumed.
